German Speaking Surveyors - Oil & Gas

We are looking for German Speaking Surveyors - ideally Northeastern Germany local people, who speak fluently English for an Offshore Ggas Transmission Ssystem for Natural Gas from Russia through the Baltic Sea to Northeastern Germany. Location: Northeastern Germany Relocation: Local candidates would be preferred Type: Contract Duration: 9 months Start Date: 15th March 2010 On Site: from mid April 2010 End Date: 30 November 2010 Rotation: 4 weeks on site / 2 weeks off Salary: Dependent on skills and experience + Benefits (Accommodation + Mobilisation/demobilisation organised and paid by Client) Ref: JOB-MDA-GSS Responsibilities: Pre Dredge surveys On site working: - Laying pipelines from the shore across the shallow water sand bank (length approximately 27km) - Over the total length, the pipelines will be laid and trench of various depths and widths Landfall completion steps: - Cofferdam Construction - Dredging - Pipelay - Backfilling Requirements: Relevant Degree Experience in similar projects Fluency in English
