Process Manager, South Africa

The Process Manager’s position involves ensuring all Process-related issues are managed and carried out. 

Note: Local candidates only 

Requirements:

·       Degree in Chemical/Process engineering

·       Extensive management experience

·       Experience in mineral processing plants

·       Capacity to delegate appropriately

·       Managerial - leadership ability

·       Will be required to mentor younger engineers

Responsibilities:

·       To manage and physically draw up the flow sheets and P&ID's

·       To sign off all process related issues throughout engineering phase until completion of project

·       To market and procure future work for Process Division

·       To manage the process engineers seconded to Division

·       To assist in management of Division

·       To assist other engineering disciplines to optimize the plant lay-out

·       To commission the projects on site

·       Technology Investigation - to seek out new or alternative process technologies to improve process designs
